📖 How to Use This Page
Load Your Design Matrix
Click the "Load Design Matrix" button or drag-and-drop your NOVA Design outputs into the upload area on the left.
- Use JSON exports from NOVA's Design phase
- Or Excel files containing your TO/EO/KLP structure
- Or Word documents from Learning Specifications
Review the ADAPT Structure
Once loaded, the right panel will show how your training design maps to ADAPT's course structure:
- Training Objectives (TOs) become Modules
- Enabling Objectives (EOs) become Articles
- Key Learning Points (KLPs) become Blocks
Export to ADAPT
Click "Export to ADAPT" to automatically create the course in your local ADAPT Authoring Tool.
- ADAPT editor opens automatically
- Your structure is pre-populated
- Ready for content authoring
Author Content in ADAPT
In the ADAPT Authoring Tool, Subject Matter Experts can now:
- Add text, images, and videos
- Create interactive elements
- Build assessments and quizzes
- Preview on different devices
Publish & Import SCORM
When content is complete, publish from ADAPT as a SCORM package, then return here to import it:
- Click "Import SCORM Package"
- Upload the ZIP file from ADAPT
- Package is linked back to your design
Full Traceability Maintained
Throughout this process, NOVA maintains complete traceability:
- Every ADAPT component links back to its KLP
- Every KLP traces to its Enabling Objective
- Every EO traces to its Training Objective
- Every TO traces to the original RolePS task
This audit trail is maintained automatically.
